At ESF-Puerto Rico, works with the Air Services Group providing different air related consulting services such as: Air permits application review, emission models calculation, and support to the pharmaceutical MACT standards and RMP. As well, preparing compliance plans (SWWPP, Emergency, CES and etc...) and permits to comply with federal, state, and local environmental regulations in air, soil and water system.  Knowledge of Clean Water Act, Clean  Air Act, SARA 313, RCRA, EPCRA, NPDES and CERCLA regulations.
